Beatles Day Delivery Information and Costs UK – Royal Mail Postage – Weight Dependent. For International Delivery Charges please email us for costing. Delivery For mainland UK we aim to deliver within 5 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of Sunday (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 7 working days. If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands, please allow extra time for delivery. www.beatlesday.tv delivers to all mainland UK addresses, mainland Europe and international addresses on request. www.beatlesday.tv classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Delivery Address We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the postage charge. Pricing Policy The prices displayed on this site are quoted in UK sterling, and are only valid and effective in the UK and ECC. Payments can only be made in UK sterling. The prices include VAT at 15% (UK tax) where applicable. Prices quoted exclusive of postage and packing, this will be added at the rates specified in the delivery section. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Returns We guarantee to refund any manufacturing fault on a garment, otherwise exchange only to the value of your original order. Returns Policy Our aim is to guarantee your satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria.
- Items must be in their original unused condition;
- Items must be sent in their original packaging;
- Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery with manufacturing fault,
- Items must be sent in one single shipping; we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately.
- Items will be exchanged to the value of your original order. We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. At our discretion we will pay the postage for all returned items at a rate of £2.99 (UK) and £10 (International), (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery. Beatles Day will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the returns process. Please note that all refunds and exchanges must be made through our website. We will refund the original credit card charged only. Beatles Day accept no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommend all returns be sent by registered post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items. Please note that your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from receipt of your return. Once Beatles Day receives processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be processed according to the criteria stated above. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
